Are you customer focused, communicative and do you speak Bulgarian, Romanian and Polish as well as Dutch and/or English? Then we are looking for you! As an international call centre agent for ACCS International, you will be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls from our debtors in these languages.
• A minimum of MBO 3 working and thinking level
• You have a good command in word and writing of Bulgarian, Romanian, Polish and Dutch and/or English.
• Working independently with a result-oriented attitude is just your thing.
• A customer-friendly, flexible and helpful attitude is in your DNA.
• You have good communication skills and a strong character.
• You are not only hardworking and efficient, but also show initiative and think along about improvements
